Since I was to have off on Wednesday and Thursday for Rosh Hashanah (and my regular off day is Monday), I was rather looking forward to the notion of a two-day (ostensibly twenty-hour, but any day I work less than twelve hours is a rarity) week. It would, I thought, be easy.
